EXPERIENCE:

• Social Media/Digital Marketing Qualification with at least 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving marketing objectives through successful digital campaigns and initiatives in a small to medium sized business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing a marketing budget and achieving ROI targets.
• Inherently understand the value of brand and can show experience in growing Brand Awareness
• Can identify upcoming trends and drive innovation targeted at organic growth
• Have built high-performance teams, know how to motivate A player, and have a proven history of being an excellent executer
• You can communicate effectively across your team, cross-functional partners, and other key stakeholders
• Excellent leadership skills. Excellent Influencing skills.
• Results-focused with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experienced in making data driven decision
• Hands on experience in content creation for text, image and video
• Interior styling experience or a passion to learn about same
• Comfortable with both appearing and speaking on video
• Experience with video editing suites

As our Brand Manager, you have the chance to be at the heart of shaping the future of this growing business. We’re looking for someone who will develop our passionate brand and marketing team into a centre of excellence. This is a hands-on role, working with a high performing Marketing Team and collaborating with our creative teams in Ecommerce, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Sales – your marketing strategy will help us deliver on our growth ambitions and continue to bring joy to more customers. This role reports into the COO and CEO.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully growing revenue in a retail company and experience in all aspects of social media marketing while building a thriving brand.
Salary: €65,000 per annum
