QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Primary Degree, preferably in a business or science related area with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing role
  • Oncology experience is preferable
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing impactful omnichannel initiatives and customer journeys
  • Ability to translate scientific data into clear and concise promotional messaging.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with scientific leaders
  • Excellent ability to partner with multiple-stakeholders in a dynamic environment with a “can do” attitude
  • Hands-on proactive approach and accountability
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the local brand plan aligned with Regional and Global marketing strategy
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer centric omnichannel engagement plans, driving enablement and distribution
  • Design and champion a portfolio of campaigns and digital solutions for use with healthcare professionals (HCP’s) to drive the brand strategy
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to align on product positioning, messaging and account plans
  • In close cooperation with Business Insights Manager, identify areas for increased insights to support decisions, monitor performance and continuously improve user journeys
  • Create and deploy optimal digital and non-digital solutions dependant on customer preference
  • Ensure that marketing activities are conducted in accordance with compliance policies, codes & standards.
