Job Description
Role: Brand Marketing Manager
Department: Brand
Reports to: Senior Brand Marketing Manager
We have a great opportunity for a creative, energised and driven marketer with a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience to join us for a 10-12 month FTC starting August 2024.
You will have experience developing and delivering through-the-line campaigns. You will be an excellent communicator with fantastic project management skills, able to effectively juggle multiple projects and deliver campaigns at pace.
As a member of the brand team, you will work cross-functionally to ensure our brand is present and plays an active role in the moments that matter in consumers’ lives. You’ll have experience managing campaigns with multiple stakeholders across insights, propositions, creative, food, customer care and digital products.
You are passionate about branding and communications and will bring fresh thinking to inspire the team around you. You have a foundational understanding of media and campaign planning, communications effectiveness and ROI, and are eager to learn more. You are motivated to drive tangible improvements to our brand, positively shifting brand perception, attracting new audiences and giving customers motivating reasons to stay with Gousto

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of the brand marketing plan across advertising and below-the-line channels to drive our core brand objectives.
  • Own the delivery of specific campaigns and partnerships - developing the project timeline, brief, assets needed, and measurement criteria ensuring channels are bought in and have what they need.
  • Work with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to review paid media plans ensuring we are always finding new ways to optimise spending and push our performance to the next level.
  • Establish excellent working relationships with your peers in marketing as well as proposition, food, customer care and digital product - ensuring alignment and campaign integration.
  • Assist the smooth functioning of the wider brand marketing team by managing finance requests, supplying creative to agency partners, and compiling learnings and campaign reports for the business.
  • Analyse, understand and apply consumer insights and brand tracking results, to shape brand direction, messaging and campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and support research into new brand partnerships and media opportunities to elevate the brand.
  • Be a brand guardian for Gousto; ensuring we deliver our brand effectively, and consistently and adhere to brand guidelines.Be a positive and active member of the Brand team, sharing brand insights and role-modelling our ownership principles.
