The Console Connect team is growing! We are looking for a full-time, permanent Brand Marketing Manager for a key strategic marketing role based in our London office.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE. DEFINING, MANAGING AND BUILDING BRANDS

EXPERIENCE MANAGING BRAND IN A B2B CHANNEL ENVIRONMENT

  • Managing designers and external agencies to create high impact visual brand stories
  • Exceptional MS PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

3-6 YEARS B2B MARKETING EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent time and project management skills and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to present to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

HERE ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement our brand and sub-brand strategy and plan with goals, objectives, and tactics to develop the brand and grow brand awareness in our target markets
  • Manage brand roadmap and plans to drive long term business growth
  • Understand the target market and run customer research and analysis from a brand perspective. Understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats for the brand and map a brand evolution path
  • Act as “brand guardian” for the internal and Channel/Partner audience providing global approvals. Maintain an audit list of all the key Channel/Partner brand listings and manage updates ensuring Console Connect product information and brand is always up-to-date
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the brand strategy and plan - measure sentiment, effectiveness and awareness for brand campaigns
  • Oversee the creative direction and execution of the brand identity (design logo, names, colours, fonts, messaging tone, and style)
  • Serve as a key point of contact for matters relating to the Console Connect brand, product brand and any sub-brands and ensure brand consistency across our global marketing infrastructure and external partners
  • Oversee the development, distribution, and strategic efforts of creating brand and key messaging to inform and delight our internal and external audiences
  • Manage global brand and content asset creation projects, supported by designers, content teams and an external brand agency, to manage day-to-day creative and messaging consistency across all key GTM channels such as field events, campaigns, social, sales, channel etc.
  • Ensure Console Connect global brand is well represented and adhere to the brand guidelines in terms of look, feel and tone of voice across all channels including internal communications, external communications, channel, campaigns, events, digital and all matters of brand representation
  • Provide training and guidance to the global marketing, sales, product, design and external channel teams on application of the brand, its tone of voice, positioning, usage and brand approval process
  • Maintain a global database of all Console Connect content assets, manage updates, version control and communications to update internal and external audiences of the content asset changes
  • Collaborate with content, product and sales teams to ensure all Console Connect product and brand assets are updated across all platforms
