About this team
The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search (SEO & PPC), Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media & Influencer Marketing to deliver brand awareness, elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, the Brand Media Manager will define and execute on the EMEA top of funnel strategy in partnership with cross functional teams.
About this role
The Brand Media Manager will design and execute the upper funnel media strategy to grow brand awareness across Europe, and specifically in our two priority markets, UK and Germany. You will work closely with lululemon’s Performance Marketing team in EMEA, and together you will manage our media agency to deliver a full funnel paid media strategy that grows brand awareness, increases our consumer base and drives omnichannel sales. You will work with our agency to define the most appropriate media mix for every campaign and will allocate budget accordingly. You will submit creative briefs to our in-house creative team, and drive best-in-class creative assets. You will drive a test and learn agenda and will work with our agency and other external partners to measure and analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions on optimisations and improvements. You will deliver performance scorecards and measurement for all campaigns. In collaboration with our media agency, you will also support a number of other teams in the business including the Content team, defining and delivering an amplification strategy for our social channels, and the Community team, supporting with ambassador amplification and brand media for new store openings.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 6 years+ of relevant experience defining and executing media campaigns, ideally for a premium brand (agency or in-house)
  • Agency management experience
  • Passionate about brand media with a finger on the pulse of latest technology, platforms and trends
  • Expert in media planning, channel forecasting & reporting
  • Analytical skillset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • Experience in writing briefs and working with Creative teams to embed best in class design principals for brand media

Responsibilities:

  • Media agency management
  • Define and execute upper funnel media strategy to grow brand awareness and accelerate customer acquisition
  • Partner with Performance Marketing team to deliver a holistic, through the funnel media approach
  • Partner with global brand media team to drive consistency of output, sharing learnings and best practices
  • Design and deliver content amplification strategy for regional social channels
  • Design and deliver media amplification of brand ambassadors and new store openings
  • Design a robust performance measurement framework to analyse campaign success beyond just reach and impressions
  • Make data-driven decisions on real time campaign optimisations and improvements
  • Maximise support and resources from media partners (e.g. Google and Facebook)
  • Understand the latest technology, platforms and trends to expand the boundaries of our advertising strategy
  • Submit creative briefs, oversee asset delivery and feedback on creative performance to optimise future deliverables
  • Manage brand media budget
