Our Team
A part of TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team; the focus of this team is to connect TikTok’s vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. The team is directly responsible for segmenting the market, identifying prospects, building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support. The ideal candidate will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling; a passion for growing revenue; outstanding ability to set strategic vision; and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 5 years of brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in account management and client services within the digital marketing sphere. If you have a background in biddable networks, that’s an extra feather in your cap.
  • A self-starter who embraces learning at warp speed and possesses critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrate a knack for managing advanced performance advertisers and a profound understanding of their unique challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
  • Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities
  • Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients within the Mid Market team
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients within Emerging industries
  • Nurture and Expand Client Relationships: Cultivate and elevate post-sale client connections, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Orchestrate Seamless Campaign Execution: Collaborate internally with ad ops, product, R&D, and other teams to guarantee a seamless and victorious campaign rollout.
  • Proactively Enhance Campaign Performance: Take the lead in monitoring and dissecting ad campaigns, initiating improvements for enhanced outcomes.
  • Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices
  • Stay Current with TikTok Features: Maintain an updated knowledge base of TikTok’s features and ad units.
  • Product Consultancy: Act as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions, best practices, and ultimately fostering growth within existing business partnerships.
