Brand & Product Marketing Specialist

As a Brand and Product Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the connection between Category, Sales and the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment that will assist in influencing customer experience, sales and revenue outcomes. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will have a background in B2B preferably with a combination of execution and strategic experience.
We are looking for someone to take a lead role with hands on experience and responsible for a range of deliverables including creating strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop customer marketing strategies and campaigns
• Define product USP’s and develop brand positioning across multiple products
• Working hands on to develop marketing and product collateral including writing copy or working with design team to develop creative
• Devising and implementing channel marketing communications
• Ensuring all marketing activities are undertaken in line with corporate branding guidelines
• Working with the Category Managers for the communication of all product updates, range additions and/or new product introductions
• Working with the Commercial Sales team to develop strategies and campaigns that align to Commercial business goals.
