We are looking for a dedicated Brand Program Specialist like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsSupports and coordinates HCA branding initiatives and programs with multiple integrated work streams. Provides support and coordination of special projects and assignments as required. Supports Marketing and Brand team.

What you will do in this role:

  • Coordinating effective internal team meetings as well as meetings with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Working with internal departments and stakeholders as required
  • Effectively communicating to Corporate and field stakeholders
  • Conducting research as required
  • Tracking and reporting on specified metrics
  • Creates and maintains program artifacts library including managing user security/access, document naming, document classification, and structure/organization of the library
  • Creates and distributes meeting minutes for all standing project related meetings
  • Creates and maintains all program and project team contact list(s) and works with external vendors to ensure HCA has access to current vendor team contact information
  • Provides scheduling and organizational support (i.e. room AV set-up, remote attendee participation, handouts, food/beverages) for all project related meetings
  • Leads the coordination of program and project team celebrations
  • Maintains vendor budget and tracks expenditures, coordinates with Marketing Operations team to ensure appropriate financial tracking, accruals and vendor payment issue resolution
  • Maintains program/project records (i.e. issues/risks metrics, on-time deliverables)
  • Coordinates the on-boarding and roll-off of team members and program related vendors and contractors
  • Assists with the creation and distribution of program and project team communications
  • Assists with collecting and synthesizing overall program and workstream data
  • Assists with the capture and reporting of program issues and risks
  • Assists with program quality management including review of deliverables, project plans, and communications
  • Assists with ensuring Brand Program project managers adhere to the standards and expectations of the program
  • Serves as an ambassador to the organization for the brand program
  • Other projects as assigned by the Brand team What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
