JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a highly energetic and passionate professional who is keen to drive impactful events, activations and partnerships to ignite the love of the LEGO® brand to millions of children? We are looking for a brand relations professional to join our amazing PUB (Poland, Ukraine&Baltics) Marketing team to support and to accelerate how we communicate about our business, our values and our brands through the delivery of plans across PR, Influencers, Events, Brand partnerships, social media and AFOLs (adults fans of LEGO) that engage and inspire our audiences. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead key earned/PR activities and event strategy in PUB to drive affinity & awareness
  • Drive strategic partnership and influencers agenda
  • Leverage AFOL (Adult Fans of LEGO) community outreach and engagement to complement and augment the LEGO image
  • Develop storylines that excite consumers, shoppers and media
  • Represent the brand to a broad range of external partners: this includes being a contact for media (where/when needed) and being a primal contact for local PR/marketing representatives, and local PR agencies.
  • Collaborate with legal and other internal departments to ensure compliance and LEGO brand guidelines and lead local crisis management
  • Directly manage external relationships including PR agency, event agency, licensee partner, strategic partnerships
  • Assess and respond to incoming requests for brand participation in third-party events and activations
