Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of consumer insights experience
- Experience managing large-scale quantitative and separately qualitative market research studies
- Experience with marketing measurement within business to business (B2B) and consumer to business (B2C) markets.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Facile in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Experience with SPSS, Qualtrics, think-cell, or Tableau
- Agency and/or client-side experience with large, complex multi-national brands
- Strong relationship building skills; ability to collaborate and influence across lines of business at multiple levels; Proven track record managing vendors and agency partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as a contributor, to motivate participation with peers/horizontally

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Brand Research and Insights Lead (Lead Analytics Consultant) to support Brand and Advertising insights and research. Reporting to the Head of Brand Research & Insights, this role will help Wells Fargo create a differentiated, relevant and meaningful Brand with consumer and business audiences. The ideal candidate for this role has experience in brand development and consumer research experience, synthesizing those capabilities to lever research and insights to help business partners develop, optimize, execute and measure Wells Fargo Brand-related initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Lead Market Research projects and programs related to the Wells Fargo Brand. Projects will require:
- Managing research partners/vendors
-Research project management - including managing legal and compliance requirements, as needed, budget and timeline management
- Leading the developing methodology and analytic plan recommendations
- Leading report development and recommendations
-Socialization and presenting of reports - inclusive of presentations to Senior Leaders
- Support development of Brand Measurement efforts which may include leveraging new or existing primary research, syndicated research and/or cross-channel campaign measurement
- Partner with internal business partners and other Consumer Insights professionals to support the development of a brand learning roadmap and to identify needs, gaps in existing research efforts and opportunities
- Collaborate with other Consumer Insights professionals on the team to identify opportunities for creating efficiencies and modernizing Wells Fargo Consumer Insight practices
- Keep abreast of the latest consumer, industry, and competitive trends.

Salary Range:
- New York, New York: $115,900-$206,100 annual base.
- Concord, California: $115,900-$206,100 annual base.
- San Francisco, California: $115,900-$206,100 annual base.
Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
