Responsibilities:

Reporting to the head of Brand Measurement & Reporting, the Brand Research Insights & Analytics lead will be responsible for managing critical research efforts across the Brand Management & Sponsorships team. The Brand Management & Sponsorships team sits within the Public Affairs organization at Wells Fargo and consists of five groups - Brand Strategy & Management, Sponsorships, Brand Marketing, Heritage, and Brand Measurement & Reporting. This position will act as a strategic partner, collaborating across the team to understand program goals and learning objectives in order to effectively translate into research plans - designing and managing all phases of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. To that end, this individual will serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, managing the execution of ongoing research projects, spearheading new research initiatives, and synthesizing results into actionable insights to help inform marketing and business decisions. This position will serve as the main point of contact on all research needs to ensure the upfront design and in-market execution align to each team’s overall program strategy. This position can office in Charlotte, NC; or New York, NY and does not offer relocation. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Analytics Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Consult with Brand business partners to understand business strategies and challenges and develop effective measurement and research plan aligned to key goals
  • Manage relationships with external vendors/partners from requesting vendor proposals, to evaluating research methodology ensuring alignment to measurement objectives and flawless in-market execution. Research initiatives span both quantitative and qualitative and cover various projects including ethnographic research, and quantitative studies (e.g tracking studies, proprietary quantitative messaging studies, etc.)
  • Synthesize results by creating insightful reports and presentations, including executive-level presentations, with meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations to internal teams and across levels of the organization
  • Develop and maintain reporting that measure the impact of Brand initiatives on key upper funnel metrics such as awareness and trust. Establish benchmarks, measure performance, and provide recommendations that improve return on investment and operational efficiency
  • Review existing research and other measurement methodologies, evaluating for areas of improvement and to drive deeper level of insight

  • 401 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC ($96,600 to $171,800)
  • 150 East 42nd Street - New York, NY ($115,900 to $206,100)
