About the Role
The Brand Specialist will be focusing on brand engagement and events management, with responsibility for planning and execution of events and social media initiatives for AIA Singapore to drive brand engagement. Develop a clear roadmap of how our social conversations and events can ladder up to impact our key business goals of brand, PR, product and drive engagement our digital brand footprint for the Singapore market.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execution of content creation for social media and events to drive brand engagement.
  • Translating our marketing strategy into a social content and engagement roadmap.
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, creating and adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Work closely with various department stakeholders to help achieve their business goals with content and amplify their key messages through social and events.
  • Manage budget and work closely with our social media agency and events management partners to execute campaigns and deliver against our business goals.
  • Measure, analyse and report performance for various social platforms and CRM and make recommendations and action steps to improve and increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Explore and manage content delivery and scheduling tools and solutions for social and CRM.
  • Work closely with our social media agency partners for community management and respond to customer queries.
  • Lead digital brand advocacy through developing training materials and hosting sessions to engage and grow brand advocates within the agency force to amplify our digital brand presence on social media platforms.
  • Work closely with agency recruitment to build our employee branding through our digital brand presence on social media platforms.
