Responsibilities:

As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Specialist - Digital Content in our Brand Team.

The role will include:

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand content strategies across digital channels.
  • Create, plan and produce compelling content for digital channels (including website, blog and email) plus assist in campaign amplification activity across social and digital content platforms.
  • Translate complex content by storytelling and understanding audience profiles to increase engagement.
  • Champion the role of brand and content, guiding creative direction for key stakeholders with an omnichannel approach.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in content creation through emerging technologies.
  • Deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcase our services, whilst advocating for people with disability.
  • Produce and optimise top-of-funnel email content and distribution.
  • Represent Brand within cross-functional projects to deliver brand and strategic communication plans.
  • Contribute to the delivery of brand projects, events, campaigns, and marcomms channels.
  • Support junior team members through collaboration, mentoring and proofing work.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics.
