THE JOB
A great opportunity for a Breakfast Chef who wants to join a busy team focused on all things local! This casual breakfast chef role will require early starts with availability Monday through Sunday. We are looking for a hands-on chef who is self-motivated, reliable, and a team player. Ensuring food is delivered to an exceptional standard and within meal wait KPIs.
- Help oversee multiple kitchen operations reporting directly to the Head Chef
- Deliver the customer’s high expectation of a premium experience
- Take responsibility for your work and have the skills and versatility to work across all stations
- Maintain an overall knowledge and passion for all things food
- Observation of and implementation of allergy awareness controls
- A sound understanding of cost monitoring, presentation, and portion control
- Be part of our passionate team who are dedicated to creating memorable experiences
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards
