Description:

The Breast Surgery Nursing Team are looking to welcome a motivated, organised, and efficient administrator to join them. You will be based at Thirlestaine Breast Centre, but the role may require across site working. You will be working closely with the nursing and the management team to deliver the very best care for our patients. We are a friendly team who are passionate about working collaboratively to deliver excellent patient care.
The post holder will be required to work across site Monday-Friday, standard day time hours.
The proposed interview date is: Thursday 23rd May
To provide the administrative support to the Breast Care Nurse Specialist (BCN) and support workers in all areas of their work, in particular relation to the Pre-habilitation, Recovery Package e.g., Holistic Needs Assessments, Care Plans, Treatment Summaries and Identified Patient Pathways.
Production of monthly reports, communication with patients/carers and associated health care professionals.
Further develop and maintain patient database using hospital systems.
