JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

• Report to the Gallery Manager.
• Manage the general administration of the boutique
• Manage bridal appointments and bookings
• Response to enquiries via email and other social media channels
• Schedule for fitting with clients and provide styling recommendation based on each customer’s needs & preference
• Establish rapport and cultivate relationship with customers
• Daily sales transactions and financial reporting
• Coordinate delivery, pick-up and return of dresses
• Work closely with the team to achieve the boutique’s sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in wedding exhibition/showcase to promote brand to potential clients
• Acquiring resources to ensure smooth running of store operations.
• Take and create content for social media.
• Fashion Graduate Preferred with experience
