JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

As a preschool, we believe that children with different needs should be given opportunities to intergrate and interact with mainstream friends.
We invite passionate individuals who share this belief to join our Bridging Team.

Outline of responsibilities :

  • Collaorate and work with class teachers to address children ith additional needs between the ages of 18 months to 6 years old within a preschool setting
  • Observe, plan and implement meaningful learning experiences to suport individual and group diverse learning and development needs.
  • Plan and provide individualized education programme (written document) for each child in the Bridging Programme (BP)
  • Builds partnerships with families, caregivers and professionals through regular communication to provide feedback on their child’s development to enhance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues/class partners to design appropriate and engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces
  • Participate actively together with children during centre based learning experiences
