QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the health insurance or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with brokers and managing broker relationships is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Fluency in French and English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the broker channel.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new brokers to expand our distribution network and market reach.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing brokers to drive retention and increase sales opportunities.
  • Provide product training and support to brokers to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our health insurance offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and underwriting, to address broker needs and drive product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the health insurance market.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to brokers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
  • Resolve broker inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
