Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, otherwise experience coming from a customer or solution driven environment with strong administrative aspects to the role would be well suited.

Responsibilities:

  • Being a front-line point of contact for our clients and looking after any enquiries they might have
  • Preparation of professional documentation for clients and insurers
  • Negotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers and driving positive outcomes for our clients
  • Assisting with client renewals in accordance with our organisational protocols
