Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Processing loan applications from the submission stage to the settlement within the required timeframe.
  • Liaising via email and phone with our clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, valuers, builders and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver the highest level of client service and ensuring the best suitable solutions for our clients.
  • Reviewing each loan application to verify that all supporting documents are available, accurate, and completed per requirements.
  • Compiling and uploading information required for loan applications to lender systems for review by the Mortgage Broker pre-submission
  • Complete pricing requests with lenders and serviceability calculations

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking support and ability in processing mortgage applications
  • Ability in processing mortgage applications from lodgement through to settlement.
  • Experience with loan application processing of residential, commercial, or asset finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy specifically in data input.
  • Ability to work with high volumes and a fast paced environment.
  • Energetic, ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
