We are looking for an AS EU Heating Sales Leader in Germany to join the Europe B2B Headquarter of LG Electronics, with the purpose of further develop the growth of Heating business in the EU Region.

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Heating business in the assigned markets, aligned with the company’s overall short and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the local Subsidiary / Branch Heating dedicated sales and marketing staff, in close alignment with local AS Sales Leaders, the AS EU Sales & Marketing Leader, BS EU Division Management, AS EU Business Department and local Subsidiary / Branch Management, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize potential and achieve sales and business development goals.
  • Develop strategies for market cultivation and growth of end-customer engagement, to ensure the expansion of Heating business customer base.
  • Establish significant relationships with potential clients, partners, key decision makers and industry leaders to promote the Company’s Heating products and solutions. Lead the most important, complex or difficult negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the Company’s business interests.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and overall competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee pipeline and sales forecasts, budgets, performance metrics, and regularly report on progress to Senior Management.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the Company’s ID products and solutions, establishing industry thought leadership.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration of sales organizations with other teams, such as marketing, engineering, product planning, operations and customer support, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project implementations.
  • Monitor, develop and evaluate local Subsidiary / Branch Heating dedicated sales teams’ performance, providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance their skills, knowledge and business approach to the market.
