The Oldendorff Family Office acts as a manager of a wide range of asset positions, which are invested in liquid and illiquid asset classes on the basis of a strategic asset allocation.
As an Accountant for the Family Office, you are an indispensable part of the Family Office team and ensure that the figures and information on which allocation decisions can be made and tracked are always up-to-date, correct and complete.

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping (in PS Plus) for asset-managing companies and private individuals and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements based on this information
Booking of assets of all kinds (shares, bonds, funds, private market vehicles), partly manually, partly through automated booking interfaces
Daily maintenance of automated booking interfaces (to banks, to original accounting software and to third-party providers)
Orderly filing of digital and analog information and relevant documents
Coordination with all other operational areas of the family office, including legal, tax, reporting and payment transactions
Coordination with external service providers (banks, tax advisors, legal advisors, software service providers, tax offices)
Further development of the portfolio software in coordination with the COO of the family office
