• Build and release Maxon products
• Perform release management and collaborate across teams
• Improve engineering efficiency, development and release cycle times
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to code reviews and documentation
• Identification of missing functionality
• Reviews and recommends on (technical) designs
• Identify weak designs, for example missing modularity or flexibility, and propose improvements
• Recommends process improvements
• Estimation of effort for the development for new features
