Description:

The Sales Consultant is part of the Wilson Homes sales team and reports to the Sales Director. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically but not limited to, you will:

  • Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display centre.
  • Qualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.
  • Progress customers through the sales and design process.
  • Evaluate and connect with the client in a short period of time and demonstrate you understand their needs.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client by providing value.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.
  • Be a genuine sales star – it doesn’t matter what industry you are currently in; we’ll teach you what you need to know to succeed at this role.
