Building Associate

at  Wonderful Construction Limited

You will supervise and organize materials and labor on construction sites.
Requirements: You must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, quantity surveying, interior design, or other relevant studies.
The duties include: Delegating tasks to workers Creating and monitoring schedules for each worker Ensuring that work sites are clear of any hazardous materials prior to the commencement of projects Conducting team meetings with workers and outlining how tasks are to be carried out Managing budgets and tracking costs Coordinating workers throughout projects Ensuring that all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment are procured in a time-efficient manner Monitoring daily procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained Handling onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner Creating and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers Ensuring periodic maintenance and proper storage of construction equipment and tools Complying with Work, Health, and Safety regulations
What we offer: A minimum of 30 hours a week. A competitive hourly rate of $30.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on your experience and skills.
