Job Description
One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Associate Professor in Building Construction.
Scope of Work:
- Organize and execute courses in Building Construction for both Bachelor and Master levels.
- Conduct Design Studio topics, including consultations, assessments, and critiques.
- Participate in departmental duties such as committees, Colloquia, and administrative tasks.
- Engage in research and consultancy activities.
- Opportunity to head our newly founded Building Technology and Standardization Center as Director.
Job Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ph.D. degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 3 to 10 years of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Design-oriented with expertise in basic structural design, building physics, material, and facades.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within small efficient teams.
• Curious and open worldview with a focus on Building Construction.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, academic environment.
