Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Hold a Builders or Site Supervisors License and Queensland Manual Driver’s License
- Relevant Commercial & Domestic Construction experience
- Trade Qualifications – Carpentry or Builder
- Strong knowledge in developing scope of works and safety
- Sound IT skills - Microsoft suite of applications
Responsibilities:

- Offering up to $140k pa, dependent on experience & qualifications
- large project works, with a good pipeline for future works
- Ability to develop the team and instill your own methodology
Working with an emerging Company with experienced leadership and big plans for the future. Current projects include townhouse and apartment units in and around the Banyo area

- Onsite Finishing Supervision of Trades work.
- Undertake site safety audits, WHS management and review quality of works
