Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee building envelope restoration projects from investigation through substantial completion.
- Prepare engineering drawings and contract documents in collaboration with our technologists and other members of the engineering team.
- Review architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings.
- Review investigative reports.
- Undertake some structural designs related to building envelope remediation.
- Conduct and lead field reviews and engineering (Envelope/Structural) investigations.
- Oversee energy modeling and energy audits for new construction and existing buildings.
- Draft project-related correspondence as needed.
- Participate in client meetings and provide status updates.
- Set a high technical standard and mentor junior staff to reach their fullest potential, delivering high-quality work.
