Description:

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our facilities and lead a team of cleaners and facilities technicians. Your proactive approach will ensure that all projects and maintenance activities within our premises are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills :

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities management.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Willing to work after office hours on weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong communication skills to effectively report maintenance activities and provide updates to the Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine building and facilities maintenance, with a focus on air conditioning servicing.
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaners and facilities technicians, overseeing service requests, cleaning operations, and worker duty schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Ensure prompt execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Handle ad-hoc repair and maintenance tasks, including ordering of parts.
  • Maintain and manage Engineering inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of necessary materials.
  • Take charge of preventive and breakdown maintenance for various facilities and equipment, collaborating with vendors for specialized systems.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists and technicians to ensure seamless daily operations.
    Assist in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing facilities and equipment.
