BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, fire protection systems, and other building systems.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Diagnostic testing and inspection of the air-conditioning system
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Responsible of the monitoring of fire alarm activation, gas alarm activation, and water leak detection within the Mall and Office premises.
• Carries out scheduled maintenance examinations and fixes, cleans, and aligns diverse systems to guarantee appropriate system operations.
• Able to speak English and communicate with supervisor.
• Knowledge of fire drill testing and fire alarm testing for the policy of civil defense.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work weekends.
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues
• Ensure that safety, health and environmental rules and regulations, and practices among workers.
