Building Manager (Grade A, Commercial Building)

• Manage daily inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, and where necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendations to the Management.
• Oversee security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair, etc. and overseeing the fire & safety matters.
• Perform regular on-site checks, ensure the works comply and no illegal work activities.
• Support in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials about Building and Contractors.
• Work closely with the public, tenants, and relevant authorities on the required implementation of improvement Works.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in handling Grade A Commercial Buildings.
• Hands on experience in carrying out routine inspections, following up on tenants’ complaints, arranging of repair and maintenance work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
