Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Diploma or certification in Building Operations Management, preferably a Building Operator Certification (BOC).
- Experience: 5-7 years experience as a lead in Building Operations, specifically building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing and Health & Safety.
- Technical Skills: Ability to repair and maintain various structures and systems including HVAC, Electrical, Structure, Plumbing, Fire Systems and equipment.
- Leadership skills: Supervise staff, vendors and manage work teams effectively.
- Problem solving: Quick thinking and troubleshooting skills to address maintenance issues.
- Communication: Clear communication with staff, youth, and management.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
