Description:
Responsibilities:
Play a leading role as a Building Services Engineer in the development and maintenance of the Hospitals Technical & building Infrastructure through the implementation of appropriate actions to achieve corporate and service delivery objectives.
To act as the Project lead in the delivery of strategic projects as directed by the Director of Estates and Facilities.
Responsibility and accountability for efficient, effective and the optimal safe delivery of engineering projects across the site.
Leading the development and execution of service plans for the Directorate.
Monitor Compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance and specifications.
