PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We’re seeking a Building Services Manager to join our Oceana PARC team in White Rock.
Responsibilities:
- Performing and logging building maintenance, such as cleaning, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and snow-removal work.
- Triaging maintenance and work orders in a timely and professional manner using an in-house software system.
- Responding to building emergencies, including floods and equipment breakdowns.
- Managing and procuring maintenance supplies and trades.
- Conducting suite inspections and moving furniture as needed, along with repair work, carpet cleaning, painting and other in-suite tasks.
- Assisting with budget planning, energy optimization and other corporate initiatives
