• Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
• Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
• People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
• Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in medium sized commercial building projects

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Long-term employment opportunity in Australia’s infrastructure growth region with a strong pipeline of local projects based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Greater Regions
• Lead a high performing team in the delivery of public and private commercial building construction projects.
• Work alongside the industry’s top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils, schools and developers.
• To meet our current and future work commitments, we require an experienced Building Supervisor, to work on a number of new and existing projects.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years minimum experience in a similar role
• As a minimum, hold a current: Builder – medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Carpentry or similar trade-based background.
• University or Tertiary qualifications in construction
• Hold current drivers licence
  You will monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements. With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
