Job Description
Have excellent client facing experience.
Be passionate about Building Surveying, developing a team and furthering your career with a leading construction consultancy.

Qualifications
Be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, in a Building Surveying RICS/SCSI accredited degree.
Have been a full member of RICS or CIOB for longer than 24 months (or be able to demonstrate an equivalent length of time of senior experience)
Extensive experience in delivering the following building surveying core services:
- Technical Due Diligence
- Assigned Certifier Contract administration.
- Building surveys of buildings
- Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business
