KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues in Asset, Lettings, Facilities, and Property Management to ensure seamless property maintenance, aiming to maximize commercial performance and minimize risk.
  • Offer technical advice on issues related to asset maintenance, compliance, tenant alterations, and re-letting works.
  • Conduct asset condition inspections and help develop site-specific renewal and re-letting proposals.
  • Assist in project managing renewal and re-letting works, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Help develop scopes of work for projects and support the oversight of consultant designers.
  • Support the procurement, instruction, and oversight of site works, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed on progress, and manage projects through to completion and hand-back within agreed time and cost.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and performance.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations by supporting roles such as Client, Designer, and Principal Designer, in line with company standards.
