Responsibilities:
Experienced Branch Administrator to be based out of our Bunbury Office. This role would suit a switched on, flexible and proactive Administrator who would like progress their career into a project support style role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and coordination services which support the Project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry day to day branch administrative and office duties.
- To carry out and maintain all branch data entry requirements for all current systems
- To ensure the administration organization of site personnel.
- To assist and administer all procurement documentation and head office requirements.
- To carry out all filing and record keeping requirements.
- To assist other staff members in compilation of reports and management system requirements.
- To carry out workshop & yard stock take and produce weekly and end of month stock reports.
- Maintain stationery and office consumables.
- Processing, completion and forwarding of wage time sheets.
- To assist other admin personnel in dispatch of hire equipment and goods and maintaining documentation for Perth factory invoicing.
- To maintain stock and purchases of PPE for employees.
- Undertake Asst managers tasks whilst absent from Branch – produce hire contracts, organise services to assets
