Parker Brothers Consulting is seeking a dynamic Business Account Manager to join our growing team. We are a leading consulting firm that specializes in helping businesses of all sizes improve their operations and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new clients, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to understand clients’ needs and recommend the best solutions to help them reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, NO cold calling, and other lead generation methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our team of consultants to create and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients and further develop their business plans
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Some College in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development and account management, preferably in a consulting or professional services industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts and solutions to clients
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
