POSITION DESCRIPTION & DETAILS

Job Title: Business Adjunct Instructor
Location: Face-to-face at Mayville State University and Online
Compensation: Salary commensurate with course load. An offer of employment is contingent on passing a background check.
Recruitment: Internal/external candidates eligible to work in the United States. Mayville State does not offer visa sponsorship.
Start Date: Filled as needed
Job Description: Mayville State University accepts applications for Adjunct Instructors on an ongoing basis. These positions and applications are viewed as openings occur.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field
  • Experience teaching (face-to-face, online), employee or corporate training
  • Background/experience in applying instructional technology as a tool in education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience teaching in higher education
  • Two years of experience teaching face-to-face and in an online environment
