    WISE Employment are excited to offer a Business Administration Traineeship opportunity for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals, looking to kickstart their career in administrative roles. This role supports you to complete a Business Administration Cert III, while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from our team in Victoria Park!

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers entering our site, phone and face-to-face
  • Greeting and assisting all customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Providing our customers with information about our available services at WISE
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Manager and team at the site
  • Undergo accreditation as a requirement for the position, full Cert III must be completed
  • Maintaining office supplies and providing general administration support

  • Keen attitude to learn and expand your work experience
  • Ability to work in a customer centric manner and effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Be engaged in a business administration traineeship with an RTO that leads to an AQF certificate level qualification
  • Must undergo accreditation and complete all requirements for Certificate III Business Administration
  • Remains calm while working under pressure
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion
  • High attention to detail
