Description:

We are currently looking for a Business Administrator to be based out of our Norway office. Within the role you would be required to provide full comprehensive administrative support to the respective department. To ensure all documentation relevant to the role exists and is kept up to date. In conjunction with the Business Manager create and revise systems and procedures by analysing working practices, recordkeeping systems and IMS documents and ensure they are compliant. To resolve any administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to regional sales enquiries.
  • Manage, support and update customer, contact and supplier information on NetSuite.
  • Manage and maintain sales information on NetSuite to enable timely invoicing of jobs at termination and month end.
  • Coordinate the registration process & acknowledgment of all enquires in CSAM.
  • Data entry for all sales enquiries including enquiry values, live update of progress and closed / archived on completion.
  • Assist with the procurement process.
  • Prepare and produce daily meeting reports if required.
  • Support team within Norway with the day-to-day running of any projects.
  • Support the global group as required – proposals, procurement, logistics.
  • Responsible for updating, maintaining, and managing equipment and enquiry timelines within the Asset Management Software (C-Sam) in conjunction & under the direction of Business Manager, Operations Manager and Project Engineers.
  • Maintaining of Project Documentation Registers (SDRL’s).
  • Preparation of Shipping Documentation as required and support Logistics Controller.
  • Raising Service Requests as requested, to engage support from other departments within the group.
  • Assist in the preparation of asset technical documentation ahead of mobilisation.
  • Preparation of equipment demobilisation documentation.
  • Support Departmental / Project meetings as required and document minutes accordingly.
  • General administrative support where required to department
