Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Business Finance Manager based in Bristol, New Hampshire. In this role, you will oversee all accounting functions, manage financial affairs, and supervise data processing operations.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC)
  • Knowledge of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Experience in auditing and billing functions
  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Knowledge of ERP Solutions
  • Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC)
  • Ability to manage various Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Skilled in Auditing procedures
  • Familiarity with Billing Functions

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including issuing purchase orders and paying bills
  • Supervise data processing operations, including payroll functions, accounting procedures, and software management
  • Collect, manage, and distribute funds as per the organization’s policies
  • Regularly provide detailed accounts of monies received and disbursed to the School Board and Superintendent
  • Liaise with vendors regarding supply and equipment availability, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Evaluate comparative prices and quotations, and purchase necessary supplies and equipment for the operations
  • Complete budget oversight and administration
  • Administer a budget control system for the organization
  • Supervise purchasing and Food Service, including monthly reimbursement reports and verifications of free and reduced eligibility communications, applications, and policy agreements
