Hours: 9-5, Monday- Friday (35 hours in total)
Location: Head Office
Salary: £11.44/hour
Contract until End of December 2024.

- Excellent maths and computer skills.
- Familiarity with purchase order management, expense management and travel and meeting coordination.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well with other people.
- Detailed planning and time-management skills.
- Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the office as their first point of contact at reception.
- Providing office and employee support.
- Oversee service desk, escalate issues to relevant department and provide customer support.
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity.
- Keeping reception procedures up to date.
- Interacting with clients or suppliers either by telephone or in person.
- Answering the telephone in a timely and polite manner.
- Making travel arrangements for colleagues.
- Learning about the company’s mission and services.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Writing and editing company correspondence.
- Collecting and sorting post.
- Proof reading company documents and correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and events.
- Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments.
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Any other administrative tasks that may be required
