Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Operational Performance Contact CL Deployment team is seeking a Business Advisor II to join our team. This opportunity will be made available for all Canadian office locations and will require attending in office 2 days a week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:
- Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Implements quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Conducts cost-benefit analysis to determine business requirements and participates in implementing changes. Proposes and identifies new methods to track and report on various metrics and results.
- Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
- Provides guidance and facilitates the implementation of the change management strategy, including support for the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. Provides coaching and guidance to the project team.
- Works with national business stakeholders to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements (regarding high complexity matters).
