Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Business Advisor (Marketing Services) you will manage an existing portfolio of 150+ marketing services customers in a Face to Face “on the road” account management role and support small to medium businesses.
Customers have a range of products across Yellowpages online, Yellowpages Print, SEO, SEM, Social, Websites, Digital Display products & CRM systems and the focus of this role is to maintain your customers spend and in addition utilising your solution selling techniques to sell our award winning Thryv Client Experience CRM (SaaS) system to them.

The role involves:

  • Maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of SME customers using solution selling techniques within marketing services.
  • Leveraging your portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are purchasing our award winning Thryv Client Experience CRM (SaaS) system which helps them get the job, manage the job, and get credit for the jobs they do.

With a large component of F2F interaction with SMBs across the Trades and Services industry, this role will see you on the road daily. When you are not on the road meeting with SMB’s, you will benefit from working from home, allowing you to maximize your productivity and efficiency.
This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, located in Christchurch, NZ and commencing on 21st May 2024, reporting to the Account Director - NZ.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Business Advisor (Marketing Services), you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Daily Face-to Face account management meetings and sales.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining current customer portfolio, whilst upselling and cross selling Thryv Client Experience CRM (SaaS) system.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that you are meeting your KPIs and targets.
  • Understanding client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Driving your own mobile operating rhythm.
