WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE

• Identifying, defining, and documenting functional and technical specifications, as well as solution proposals.
• Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
• Facilitating requirement negotiations between multiple stakeholders.
• Providing system design elements, including data migration rules and configurations resulting from analysis.
• Supervising or performing parameterization activities for new application versions.
• Knowledge of SQL usage.
• Responsible for final functional validation and implementation of solutions within their area of responsibility.
• It is necessary to operate with minimal or no supervision in a complex domain, supporting other areas in the bank with resolutions related to effort estimation, effort planning, and the impact on other IT areas that should be involved.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

• The candidate must understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, with knowledge of SQL
• They should also have knowledge of the OIM solution (Oracle Identity Management) as well as Identity Access Management.
