Description:
The Consumer Business Analyst is responsible to understand the business processes and, through data insights, being able to develop, recommend and support solutions aligned with the Projects being delivered or any other action within the scope. Success requires a combination of strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, technical competency, and the ability to lead and influence across regional and functional groups.
- Analytics & Insights: Proactive use of analytics to identify insights to drive Business Requirements, Project Delivery support as well improvements across the areas within the scope as well technologies being used.
- Project Delivery: Leads / Support solution design & delivery, following the best practice in Operations area.
- Driving Best Practice Analysis: Drive best practice with key solutions used (e.g. Nice CX One, CRM, Online Portals, GenAI, etc)
