|Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field;
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
  • Experience supporting business and/or technical transformation projects;
  • Experience in building and sustaining day-to-day relationships and communications with internal and external partners and resources;
  • Experience preparing and delivering project / initiative updates to senior leadership;
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
  • Government of Canada Reliability clearance or eligibility to obtain

|Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the payments or financial sector is considered an asset;
  • Business Analyst designation from a recognized institution (CBAP, IIBA / PBA, PMP) considered an asset;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements and developing solutions, simultaneously identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Gather critical information to support the project, and documenting findings as well as other relevant artifacts in support of the project deliverables;
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders as it relates to the project.

|Salary Range

  • Based on qualifications and experience: $78,031 and $97,539.
