2. Certification Advantage: Possession of a CBAP certification is advantageous, indicating a dedication to maintaining high standards and proficiency in business analysis methodologies.
3. Experience: Showcase a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, highlighting a successful track record in preparing meticulous process documentation and conducting thorough gap analyses.
4. Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical prowess, capable of discerning opportunities for enhancement and articulating recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
5. Communication Proficiency: Exhibit clear and professional communication skills, adept at tailoring content and delivery to resonate with diverse audiences, both orally and in written formats.

3. Process Mapping: Craft and deliver functional and/or technical designs, incorporating exhaustive data analysis to guide decision-making and solution formulation.
4. Project Management Support: Take charge of proactively updating project leads on task statuses and timelines, ensuring the punctual delivery of projects in accordance with established roadmaps.
5. Testing Coordination: Develop and execute meticulous functional test cases, overseeing the coordination of user acceptance testing processes and securing essential sign-offs from stakeholders.
